Owen Fulghum was graduated from Emory University with a B.S. in Biology.  He is a factory trained Hearing Aid Specialist. licensed (HAS-401) by the State of South Carolina.  He is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences.  Owen is a Member on the South Carolina State Commission of Hearing Aid Specialists, and a past Board Member of the South Carolina Hearing Aid Society.   As a hearing aid user himself, he understands the special needs of his clients.
